How do I place an order?

When you have found a product you would like to purchase, click on the 'Add to basket' button and it will be to your shopping basket. To review your products click on ‘BASKET’ in the top right corner of the site. Here you can remove items and view your delivery costs by selecting your shipping location from the drop down menu. When you are happy with your basket, click checkout and you will be taken through to our secure payment pages hosted by RBS Worldpay. Here you will need to enter your delivery information and payment details. On completion of the order an email will be sent to you confirming the transaction.

What forms of payment do you accept and is your site secure and safe? 

Joanna Ham accepts Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard and JCB. We use RBS Worldpay to process payments. This secure merchant is independent and will never disclose your payment details to us. All prices are stated in British pounds.

Can I choose a different delivery address to my billing address?

Yes. When you checkout you will be given the option to add a different delivery address. We will then email you an invoice and include a dispatch note with your parcel.

What if a product is temporarily of stock?

Products are subject to availability. If a product is temporarily out of stock please email info@joannaham.com and we’ll notify you as soon as it’s back online. Alternatively you can keep checking the website. You can also keep up to date with Joanna Ham’s latest products by joining our mailing list.

Do you ship outside the UK and Europe?

At the moment we only process online orders for the UK and Europe. If you live in outside this area and would like to purchase a HAM product please contact us at info@joannaham.com to discuss delivery.

What should I do if my order doesn’t arrive?

We make every effort to get your order dispatched within 5 working days from order confirmation. If you haven’t received your product within 7 working days please contact us on info@joannaham.com

What’s your returns policy?

We really hope you love your Joanna Ham purchase. If you are not entirely happy please notify us on info@joannaham.com. You must return your unwanted products for a refund within ten working days from the day you received the products. I have received damaged goods, what shall I do?

Every Joanna Ham product is thoroughly checked before it’s posted but if, in the unlikely instance, you do receive faulty products please contact us on info@joannaham.com within 48 hours from signing for receipt of your delivery letting us know whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
